Jintai tungsten carbide flat bar have high hardness, good red hardness,excellent wear-resistance, high elastic modulus and compressive strength. The chemical properties of our tungsten carbide flat bar is stable, also the impact toughness & dialatation coefficient is low. The heat-conducting property and electrical conductivity of tungsten carbide flat bar is close to iron or iron alloy.

The tungsten carbide bars are widely used for making various cemented carbide cutting tools, like cutting aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, refractory alloy steel, nickel-based alloy, titanium alloy and nonferrous metals; PCB drills, drills, end mills & reamers, mold punches, core pins & hole drilling tools as well as various cutting machines.
